I recently made this tiramisu recipe and I am obsessed. It’s an egg-free tiramisu and it was super quick and easy to whip up.
So, what are you waiting for?
Let’s get to it!

Ingredients
8 ounces mascarpone cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups espresso
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
2 packages Italian ladyfingers
1 ounce unsweetened cocoa powder
Equipment
Stand or hand-held mixer (My other baby, AKA my Kitchen Aid stand mixer)
Sieve or sifter
Instructions
Beat together the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
In a separate dish, mix together the espresso and coffee liqueur.
Gently dip both sides of the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture. Make sure not to soak them or they will get soggy and fall apart.
Arrange the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of the 8×8 dish.
Spread half of the cream mixture to cover the layer of ladyfingers.
Repeat by dipping the lady fingers and layering on top of the cream, followed by the remaining half of the cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Using a sieve or sifter, dust the top with cocoa powder right before serving.
Cut into square pieces and enjoy!
