Peanut Butter and Banana Healthy(ish) Muffins

These muffins are sooo good and they are gluten and dairy free! The recipe only takes a few minutes to whip up and you are left with these yummy and moist muffins.

Equipment
Stand mixer or hand mixer
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Walnuts to top (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F
Grease muffin pan with cooking spray
Peel and mash bananas
Add bananas, eggs, peanut butter, maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and baking soda to bowl and mix for 1-2 minutes until smooth
Mix in chocolate chips
Evenly divide the batter between the 12 muffins (should fill them about 3/4)
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Transfer muffins to a cooling rack
